Refer a family member or friend who is selling or purchasing a property, and receive a $1000.00 payout after their closing date. 

Terms & Conditions:
Referred person must sign up as a client, fulfill client duties with accordance to the signed agreement. 
The disbursement of the Referral Reward will take place within 3 business days after the closing of the contract/agreement of the property and upon receiving the agreed commission. 
This is only for Selling (listing) a property or Buying a property.
The currency mentioned on this offer is in CAD $ (Canadian Dollars) 
The reward may be in a form of a Prepaid Credit Card.
